Radical Homemaker Quick Tip
Use the same ingredients (minus the beets) for salad dressing. If you happen to purchase any of our nut butters, the jars work great for storing beet slaw or leftovers.
2 cups organic beets (4 medium size beets), shredded
4 tablespoons Nutiva Hemp Oil
2 tablespoons Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Vinegar
1 tablespoon Food for Thought Cherry Honey Mustard
1 large clove organic garlic, minced
1. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard and garlic in a mini blender, food processor or bowl; mix well.
2. Pour dressing over beets; mix to evenly coat.
3. Dig in…or jar and let the flavors soak in for next day’s enjoyment.
