I have three words to say about these…to die for! They are unbelievable easy to make and everyone who has tried thought they tasted great. While I didn’t give them to anyone as a gift, they are impressive enough to present as such.
Radical Homemaker Quick Tip
Keeping these tucked in your fridge or freezer for a quick healthy indulgence is not a bad idea. Yes, they contain sugar so we need to be mindful of how many we eat but if eaten sparingly and only one at a time this would be a much better option than housing a doughnut or a hot fudge sundae.

Toasting Almonds & Coconut
What I do…throw the oven on 350º. Place almonds and coconut on their own cookie sheets. Place in oven and start shaking pan after 5 minutes until they have the toasted look. Watch your coconut, it will burn and burnt coconut is not so tasty.
