Tierra Farm
Tierra Farm, a privately owned certified organic producer and roasting company in Valatie, NY, was established in 2001 by Gunther Fishgold to create a source of winter income for his organic vegetable farm. As believers in organic food as a way to nurture the land and the body, Tierra Farm only handles and sells certified organic products - with no exceptions. Their certification is regulated under NOFA (Northeast Organic Farming Association). All roasting, mixing and flavoring is conducted in-house at their certified organic, peanut-free roasting and processing facility. Tierra Farm imports from across the US and around the globe - sourcing close to home whenever possible. 8% of the facility’s electricity is produced by solar panels. The company also recycles more than 60 % of its waste and all vehicles run on bio-diesel fuel. What an amazing company to have within our reach!
