While I occasionally work one-on-one with clients as a Certified Cannabis Health Coach, my primary role is now as the Real Food Logistics Manager for A Single Bite at the Catskills Food Hub.

My passion for cannabis and its potential for health and wellness remains strong. However, until federal regulations evolve, the challenges of sustaining a cannabis-focused business have led me to shift my energy toward another mission close to my heart.

At A Single Bite, I’m part of a nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding and educating children and their families about real, local food.

This mission aligns beautifully with the work my wife, Danielle, and I began with our first business, Natural Contents, where we championed organic, gluten-free, farm-fresh eating.
