Rosemary Garlic & Mustard Sage Crackers
Gluten Free β’ Grain Free β’ Soy Free

(dairy free when made with coconut oil)
Use This...
Rosemary Garlic Crackers
1 3/4 cups almond flour (5.3oz)
2 tablespoons tapioca (.6oz)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons fresh organic rosemary, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh organic garlic, minced
1 tablespoon organic grass fed butter, ghee or coconut oil
Mustard Sage Crackers
1 3/4 cups almond flour (5.3oz)
2 tablespoons tapioca (.6oz)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon organic powdered sage (or 1 teaspoon fresh organic sage, chopped fine)
1 tablespoon organic grass fed butter, ghee or coconut oil
1 farm fresh organic egg
Do This...
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca, salt, rosemary or sage; stir.
In a small bowl, whisk together butter and egg. Add garlic or mustard.
Stir wet ingredients into dry; mix until thoroughly combined.
Roll the dough into a ball and press between 2 sheets of parchment paper to ΒΌ inch thickness (or less).
Uncover, cut into desired shape or size. We use a pizza cutter.
Transfer parchment with crackers to baking sheet – don’t break apart.
Bake at 350Β° for 18-20 minutes, until lightly golden. Let cool 30 minutes before serving. Store cooled crackers in an air-tight container (will last 7+ days).
Notes
Use a food processor to make it quick! Simply, add all ingredients to food processor bowl, turn on and dough will form. Follow rest of instructions.
Also, your crackers may be thick in the middle and thin towards the outside. After they bake for 18-20 minutes, you can carefully remove the “done” crackers and put the rest back in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes. Just keep an eye, you don’t want them to burn π
