With the release of our cookbook, and the holidays upon us, it only seemed right to share my gratitude…

To Jennifer – My wife, best friend, soul mate and business partner – our journey never ceases to amaze me. The last 10 years have been filled with such beautiful memories, and I am so grateful that the past 6 have been dedicated to the love of good food. You and I are a perfect pair and an amazing team. Thank you for your constant love and support which never waivers; you bring out the best in me.
To our children, Geri and Jason – You were both so young when we started this journey yet were always open to discussion and trying new things. Seeing your overall health improve while teaching you about food and the food system was enough to drive us forward. Thank you both for being inquisitive, honest and always helpful. This business would certainly not be possible without your commitment, love and support. Geri, you found your way into the kitchen and it goes without saying, I couldn’t be more proud. Thank you for each delicious omelet you make and your eagerness to always bake a batch of cookies. Jason, what can I say, feeding you is a fun job. Your attention to detail in dissecting a recipe always amazes. Your requests and lists make my heart smile. Love you both, beyond words.
To our best friend and creative spark, Elle – Your ability to create and design leaves us in awe. From day one, you brought our vision to life walking with us every step of the way. Thank you for your commitment, time and talent but most importantly, your friendship. This book is absolutely beautiful (as is everything you touch).
To our friend and kitchen goddess, Pam – Thank you for your endless support and commitment to Natural Contents. And a special thanks for all the dishwashing that went into this book as well as your thoughtful input and taste testing. Most importantly, thank you for bringing such a positive energy to our journey.
To our friend and holistic practitioner, Lynn – You were our first step towards wellness. Thank you for opening our eyes and setting us on our path. We are most grateful.
To our friend and farmer, Greg of Willow Wisp Organic Farm – I owe a large portion of my veggie knowledge to you. When we first met, it was all so new and you were always willing to spend the time talking me through. Those market Sundays ultimately sparked our path in creating farm fresh food.
To our friend and farmer, Scott of Butchie’s Organic Farm – It’s been lots of fun working with you and watching you grow as a farmer. Thank you for the endless deliveries and for your willingness to grow whatever we needed.
To our farm partners, past and present –

To our customers, fans and followers – The support you’ve shown has been incredible. Thank you for believing in our mission and contributing to our adventure.
To our family and friends – We love you. Thank you for putting up with our organic food-toten’ ways and for all the encouragement passed on along the way. A special thanks to Genna, for your willingness to be part of the NCK team no matter where you were in life.
Last but not least, to my grandparents, Connie & Joe who are no longer with us. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you both. Gram, you have and always will be with me on this journey. Your memory is kept alive every time I walk into the kitchen. I only wish you both could have experienced this life we call Natural Contents. You would have loved it.
